Athletic Directors and Wrestling Coaches:
The 2026 TAPPS State Wrestling Championships are officially set to take place on February 14. Bay Area Christian School in League City will host this year’s event. All member schools participating in this year’s competition must complete the following important tasks:
- COACHES – To be eligible to coach at the event, all wrestling coaches (both head and assistants) must be listed and compliant within the TMS system. This compliance requires coaches to check the TAPPS Acknowledgement of Rules in their TMS profile and complete the TEaMs Courses.
- ELIGIBILITY ROSTERS – Please make sure all students participating in the event are on the wrestling eligibility roster in TMS and are listed as eligible. This compliance requires students and their guardian to check the TAPPS Acknowledgement of Rules in their TMS profile.
The deadline for entry is Monday, February 9. Team entries for the tournament will be managed through TrackWrestling, and detailed information will be sent to you via email at a later date. Check the wrestling page at www.tapps.biz for more information and updates.
